Original parts or retro fit parts: What's the difference?
Retro fit parts are car parts which are functionally and structurally identical to the original parts. Retro fit parts are manufactured according to the same criteria and on exactly the same machines as original parts.
There are no quality differences between original parts and retro fit parts. These car parts are sold under the brand name of the supplier, because they are produced by the vehicle supplier, who is also the supplier of the corresponding vehicle manufacturer. The only difference is the logo.
They represent original parts comparable spare parts - but are cheaper.
